No. That's the point. We do the technical setup. By the time we hand off, your agents are running and you're operating them through a normal chat interface. If you can send a message in Discord or Slack, you can use this system.

You get 30-day async support (Entry) or 60-day async support (Full Team/Premium). We're reachable by email for questions, tweaks, and troubleshooting. Most clients don't need much — the handoff documentation is thorough. Premium clients also get 30 days of active management and weekly calls.
Yes — we offer upgrade pricing for existing clients. If you start at Entry and decide you want the full 5-agent team, you pay the difference plus a small configuration fee. We keep your original setup intact and build on top of it.
